What we look for: Current termite activity, previous termite attack, past termite treatments (homes that have had termite attack and treatments most often have hidden timber damage), fungal decay, borers, conditions that are conducive to termite attack (water leaks, moisture problems, poor drainage, poor ventilation), you will be given an overall assessment of the property and advice on future management programs required for the property. Trinity Pest Inspections has full public indemnity and public liability insurance. Trinity Pest Inspections can organise a building inspection to be conducted at the same time as the pest inspection and only use the best building inspectors.
